Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi became proud parents of a baby girl on Friday, January 20, 2012. Going by the twitter messages of the close friends of Lara and Mahesh, it seems like the baby has been named Saira Bhupathi.
Speculation started after tennis player Sania Mirza’s father Imran, updated his phone status to ‘Welcoming Saira Bhupathi in this world’.
On Saturday morning, actor Raveena Tandon, too, tweeted, ‘My friends, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi are proud parents of a baby girl!! Saira Bhupathi Welcome Angel!!
However, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi haven’t made any official statement if the baby has been named.
