The reports of Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh’s alleged tiff have been doing the rounds and what’s the catch? The shallowness of the rift: it’s over a pink dress, which each one of them allegedly wanted to don in the flick ‘Desi Boyz’ which is due to be released soon! Both the actresses are hard working, brainy, hot girls with a strong persona, then how do they(the PR team behind this) expect us to believe this trash about them? Publicity stunt? Maybe! Well-timed? Definitely!
Was it the ‘desi’ word from the title of the flick ‘Desi Boys’ which prompted Akshay Kumar to come up with a cleverly placed statement “I am uncomfortable speaking in English, want to speak in Hindi most often”! Sit up and take notice? Why Akshay ji? It took you 2 long decades to embrace Hindi in public life? Once again, it looks like another well-placed attention grabbing stunt from Akshay, just before his movie’s release, as he needs a hit badly, specially after doing those wtf movies. Let’s hope John Abraham doesn’t come up with an absurd statement now, as we already have his Garnier fairness cream endorsements showing us his stand, while claiming it is not a racist…err… fairness cream!
