Nach Baliye Four’s first episode was a mix of all the high drama and action that has become synonymous with the show’s brand. Here’s a look at the couples and their performance stats in case you missed the action -

Nach Baliye Four Jodi No. 4 - Naman and Megha
Song - ‘De Taali’
Donning sizzling black apparel, Naman Shaw and Megha made an impact with their introductory performance, but the judges didn’t have the same thoughts. While Farah Khan appreciated the technical aspect of their dance, she called it too gimmicky.
Arjun Rampal congratulated the couple for a good start while Karisma Kapoor apprecited the chemistry. Here are the scores -

Nach Baliye Four Jodi No. 8 - Mouli and Mazher
Song - ‘Soniye Ve’
The entire troupe looked straight out of an airport, with Mouli Ganguli playing flight attendant and partner Mazher being the pilot, and the dancers playing ground staff. While Karisma Kapoor called the act cute, Farah Khan appreciated Mazher and called their performance peppy but demanded more from the choreographers. Arjun Rampal called the act a bit clumsy. Song - ‘Aankhon Mein Mohabbat Likhde’
Dressed up in pink pre-wedding ceremony outfits, Kapil and Anjali brought back memories of the super cute jodis from Nach Baliye’s past seasons. Farah Khan appreciated the performance as being very filmy, but called for Kapil’s steps to be toned up and said that there was nothing new to their dance. While Arjun Rampal called it a good start, he thought Kapil had to be better but Karisma lashed out at the duo for a “dated, jaded” performance. Here’s what the cuties scored -

Nach Baliye Four Jodi No. 6 - Mohit and Aditi
Song - ‘Talli Ho Gayi’
The red wedding silhoutte soon gave way to the drunk act which Mohit and Aditi performed, and did they perform well! Aditi’s expressions were completety in sync with the mood of the song. Farah Khan’s good books had Aditi’s new entry in them, due to her drunk expressions, though her constantly looking down got her one mark less. Arjun Rampal appreciated the duo while Lolo thought that they’ll get better with time. And it was Aditi’s birthday, so Mohit rolled in a cake and first time performer Aditi was seen gushing and claiming that a ‘good’ performance was her return gift to Mohit. They made us laugh and got the following points -

Nach Baliye Four Jodi No. 3 - Teejay and Karanvir
Song - ‘Welcome’
Sexy was the tag that Karanvir and Teejay Sidhu’s apparel screamed. And Karanvir earned the tag of ‘best male dancer’ of Nach Baliye Four so far by none other than Farah Khan herself who thought that Teejay brought the performance down. Arjun Rampal too thought the same, saying that maybe Teejay’s wrong shoes pulled her act down. Karisma Kapoor called it a stylish performance while reiterating the fact that Teejay needs to improve a lot. Here’s what the sexy starlets scored -

Nach Baliye Four Jodi No. 9 - Jaspal and Savita
Song - ‘Singh Is Kinng’
Singh indeed became the king of the show! Comedy master Jaspal Bhatti and wife Savita not only gave a good performance despite being in the fifties, but also got a standing ovation and cries of ‘once more!’ from the crowd. Savita too donned a turban very in a stylish manner and both of them made the audience laugh out loud with the jokes they cracked at each other, while advising the young ones that the secret to a good marriage is respecting each other. Farah Khan who said that she had been the fan of Bhattis since their show ‘Ulta Pulta’ used to air years back, highly appreciated their synchronization. Arjun Rampal demanded more dance out of their performance while Karisma Kapoor was all praise. Here’s what Mr. and Mrs. Singh got -
