Song analysis – Alisha Chinai’s sexy voice is here to charm us with ‘Ishq Subhan Allah‘ from the movie Mere Baap Pehle Aap, but this time the lady is let down by cliche lyrics by Sameer and nothing great to offer in terms of freshness. The music by Vidya Sagar is good, but just falls short of becoming a song to remember. ‘Ishq Subhan Allah‘ from Mere Baap Pehle Aap turns out to be just another cool song which the listeners will enjoy for a moment and then forget. ‘Ishq Subhan Allah‘ has been sung quite well by Alisha Chinai, and Neeraj Shridhar supports her very well. What’s with this rap thing? ‘Ishq Subhan Allah‘ has some rap lyrics by Bob, which don’t add any charm to the music. And just because of this fact, ‘Ishq Subhan Allah‘ could have been a better song, yet falls short on many counts. Nevertheless, Alisha Chinai and Neeraj Shridhar still make ‘Ishq Subhan Allah‘ a hummable one, and you should enjoyit till you can!
