The best translation I’ve come across for “Aai Paapi” (or Ayi Paapi) is “O Baby” or “Hey Gorgeous”. It’s a Spanish phrase (slang), that a Hispanic acquaintance tells me is used mostly in Puerto Rico. She doesn’t recommend that you use it, though, because in the Hispanic community it carries a “naughty” connotation.
