Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor - friends again!

Tadka spice - All the fans of Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher can rejoice, now that the two year long cold war between the two actors is over!
Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maara , but meri wajah se ek dosti mar gayi! That movie might have met with critical acclaim, but it left two of the industry’s most revered actors into a cold war, allegedly due to the misunderstanding because of signing of the leading star of the movie. (Phew!) But Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher patched up recently, and their fans can expect a solid project coming from them, maybe with commercial success this time too.
All right folks, you might or might not have enjoyed Woodstock Villa (where did that come from?…), but the movie is surely responsible for the much awaited patch-up! The cold war which started two years back ended recently when Anupam Kher went to Anil Kapoor’s office, to personally invite him for the premiere of his son’s debut movie, Hansal Mehta directed Woodstock Villa. And much to the happiness of one and all, Anil Kapoor did turn up at the premiere! Yaari dosti, balle balle!
Considering the fact that the Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maara had met with immense critical acclaim, and was Anil Kapoor’s foray into production, the audience and their fans can be hopeful of both of them coming together for strong project this time around, even though nothing has been announced as yet. But we can surely wait for the right movie to come our way, can’t we? These two are two of the most talented actors in the film industry. And we wouldn’t like either Anil Kapoor to waste himself in roles like his in Tashan, or the same with Anupam Kher in the (ewww!!) sleazy Budhha Mar Gaya.
Meanwhile, the premiere of the movie was also attended by the Bachchans. Kiran Kher is a goody goody friend of the Bachchans, so is Anupamji, remember? And Sikander Kher couldn’t be luckier… oops, happier! Delhi lad Arjan Wadhwa (who? - he played the young Parsi business tycoon in Guru) was also left beaming, when Ash ‘noticed’ him and Abhishek greeted him. Wah! We hope that he becomes happy as and when his solo (re: better role) releases strike the chord at the Box Office, and both Sikander and Arjan have our best wishes! Tathastu :p
