Hrithik Roshan teams up with NDTV imagine for Junoon…

Tadka spice - With almost every major star having tried it big on ther small screen, it’s time fror Hrithik Roshan to steal the show with NDTV imagine’s Junoon.

That NDTV is a class apart was always known, and proved yet again with their hatke bag of television programmes on their entertainment channel NDTV imagine. And now the channel, the popularity of which has been soaring from day one, has teamed up with one of the biggest forces in Indian Film Industry, superstar Hrithik Roshan, for it’s upcoming show Junoon… Kuch Kar Dikhane Ka.

Nothing could have been better or Hrithik Roshan fans, who had to wait for more than an year to see Hrithik return to the silver screen, after setting it ablaze with Aishwarya Rai in Sanjay Gadhvi’s Dhoom 2:Back In Action, in this year’s first majot hit Ashutosh Gowariker’s Jodhaa-Akbar. They’ll be able to watch their star as the brand ambassador of the new show Junoon on NDTV imagine, which starts on 6th of June this year.

And at the same time he is excited about having become a father for the second time! The bundle of joy which arrived a few weeks back has kept him bumbling, and now he is ready to connect with the positive spirit of the talent of the show’s participants. The show Junoon… Kuch Kar Dikhane Ka will have three teams, each containing six participants from various parts of the country. The teams are based on three genres of music, namely Sufi, Filmy and Folk.

The competition aims to not just establish which music genre is the most popular in India, but also showcase the talent of singers from various parts of the nation, who have been given such a prestigious stage. And it doesn’t end there. The teams in Junoon willbe headed by three veteran performers from the music industry itsself, where Illa Arun will lead the Folk team, Ustad Raahat Fateh Ali Khan will lead the Sufi team and Anand Raaj Anand will be heading the Filmy team.
