Dear reader, these aren’t the rantings of the Tadka team, which is facing some problems since the last few days! Jokes apart, Sarkar Raj is as much Amitabh Bachchan‘s movie, as was Sarkar. But this time, Amitabh Bachchan has got the company of not just his son, but his daughter in-law too, who contrary to reports, is not playing Abhishek Bachchan‘s wife in Sarkar Raj. Anyone for more intiguing bit of news?
Ram Gopal Verma has pinned all hopes on Sarkar Raj, as he has a string of flops in his kitty, and he needs to come back like anything. The teaser of Sarkar Raj is dark, which begins with figurative shots of the three lead characters, played by Bachchans in the movie. But the most intriguing shot remains of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, whose gaze will leave you asking for more, and in the closing seconds, we see Amitabh Bachchan waving to his fans from his terrace, only to stare at a female hand on the right later, which is in all probability that of Ash.
Clearly indicating that Aishwarya Rai has a significant and strong presence in this movie, the teaser has managed to shoot up interest in Sarkar Raj. The director has praised the actress no end in all his interviews about Sarkar Raj till date. The movie is slated for a June release, and though it is likely that interest in the movie is only going to spiral upwards, only time will tell if Ram Gopal Verma can pull off more than a casting coup.
