When the sounds of the flute start this song, it becomes evident that this is no ordinary composition. ‘Tanha tanha‘ from Rangeela gave the Indian Film Industry two of it’s most visible stars: a sexy lass in Urmila Matondkar, who shot Manish Malhotra to fame with her sexy figure and outfit, and of course, A R Rahman. ‘Tanha tanha‘ from Rangeela was different in the mystic tunes that Rahman‘s compositions lent it and ‘Tanha tanha‘ put across a simple message in Mehboob‘s beautiful lyrics, that there is no life without love.
