During her appearance on Nach Baliye‘s third season, Om Shanti Om director Farah Khan was accompanied by Deepika Padukone. She revealed a hilarious incident which took place on the sets of OSO. During the shooting of an intimate scene between Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, Deepika whispered to SRK, “You know what! I was just 8 years old when I watched Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, and I was just 12 when I watched Kuch Kuch Hota Hai!”. To this King Khan got slightly annoyed and said to Farah Khan, “Abe! Kahaan se le aayi is child labour ko? (From where have you selected this child labour as the lead actress)”. Deepika was trying to distract Shah Rukh Khan, by referring to his blockbuster hits from the 90s. Om Shanti Om itself proved to be the biggest hit of last year, despite critical mocking, and did business worth over 96 crore.
