Jodhaa Akbar runs into another controversy

After Maneka Gandhi took Ashutosh Gowariker to court for allegedly ill treating animals on the sets of Jodhaa AKbar, it seemed like the dust had settled on the troubles into which the movie was running. But a new storm has kicked off which has snowballed into a huge row.
The Rajputs of Rajasthan have alleged that the director Ashutosh Gowariker has misreprtented facts and are saying that Jodhaa was the daughter-in-law of the great emperor Akbar, and not his wife, as is being represented in the movie.
On the other hand, the royal Rajput family has said that they have seen the movie and are claiming that they have got documented proofs which affirm the fact that Jodhaa was, indeed the wife of Akbar, and not his daughter-in-law, as claimed by the Rajputs.
The real problem lies for the distributors of the movie, who would be procuring the rights of the movie for astounding sums, and with the Rajputs saying that they won’t let the movie release in Rajasthan, it seems like Jodhaa-Akbar is getting all the wrong publicity. But like someone has said, no publicity is bad publicity.
What remains to be seen is, if the director will have the disclaimer in the beginning of the movie, proclaiming “All characters and incidents in this movie are fictional and bear no resemblance to any person living or dead…” as a last ditch effort, of course!

In which court Maneka Gandhi moved I want to know that & under which section / violation & authority , where were these people at the time of shooting ? If these people are serious about animal rights then they should asked to eliminate animal abuse at grass root level not at this stage. There may be some hidden facts but we have all facts along with complaints lodged with the administration.
