Variety is the spice of life, and the movie Sunday too. The movie’s music score is a concoction of six composers, all of whom have enthralled the listeners many times in the past. The album kicks off with the mint fresh title song ‘Missing Sunday‘. Sung by Mahua Kamat, Suraj, Earl Edgar, with lyrics by Farhad Sajid, the song is a nice track to listen to, but the lyrics are specific to the movie’s theme and that’s why the listeners will have to wait till they see the movie to truly get the meaning of the english lines. The music of this song is given by Sandeep Chowta.
The second track of the album ‘Pyar to hona hi tha‘ has music by Pakistani band Suroor’s members M.Ali and Kami, and they have given a beautiful touch to the song, not to forget the very enjoyable guitar strings that take off the song.
