Song Analysis – Javed Akhtar must have kept in mind that this song was supposed to be the real life scorcher couple John Abraham and Bipasha Basu‘s return to the big screen after the dud Madhoshi which came three years back. Because Javedsaab has written such playful lines which make you believe as if the song was written just for this couple. There is everything from flirting to madness in the lyrics and music director Pritam has done a splendid job with the song, and as was said in the music review of this movie Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal, Pritam knows how to use the chorus in an almost magical way, because this is one of those songs where the chorus lends it an extra zing factor, without which the song could have been not much to write about, though being a party song he couldn’t have left it out too. Singers Anand Raj Anand and Richa Sharma have done a great job by playing with their voice to express the myriad feelings perfectly. Kudos to the whole team behind this song. Though initially one might not like it as much, but the song will definitely be here for a long while. Meanwhile, enjoy the lyrics and try to imitate the dance moves from the video, which have been done by the great Saroj Khan. Happy listening!
